black & white & color

photographing in tri-color is the best of both worlds.... the images are made by taking three exposures on black and white film: one through the red filter, one through the green filter, and one through the blue. When the negatives are assembled in perfect registration, the picture is revealed in color. Even better, the images reveal the play of light in time not seen by our everyday eyes.
